SaaS & Custom Software Development

We design and build SaaS products and custom business software: web apps, dashboards, CRMs, billing systems and mobile apps. We also build and run our own SaaS, CafeNex, gaming-cafe management software, so we know what it takes to keep a product live, paid for and improving after launch.

What you get

Everything included, agreed before we start

Each phase is quoted before it starts, so there are no open-ended hourly bills. You own the code, hosting and accounts.

01

Software we build

Most of our software work falls into three kinds. SaaS products for founders: multi-tenant web apps with sign-up, subscriptions, role-based access and an admin console. Internal tools for growing businesses: CRMs, lead and order management, inventory, billing, booking systems and reporting dashboards that replace spreadsheets and WhatsApp chaos.

Industry platforms that combine a customer-facing website or app with a back office, such as property management, solar project tracking or cafe operations. Each build starts from the workflow your users follow every day, not from a feature list, so the first version solves the problem people will pay for.

02

We run our own SaaS, so we build for after launch

CafeNex, our gaming-cafe management software, handles session billing, PC and console control, memberships and reports. Building and running it ourselves taught us what agencies often skip: reliable billing, clear onboarding, audit logs, backups, monitoring and a release process that does not break things for paying customers. Those habits go into every client build.

You get code in your own repository, documented setup, staging and production environments, and a handover your next developer can follow. We stay on for maintenance if you want us to, but you are never locked in.

03

Technology and AI features

js or Laravel APIs, PostgreSQL databases, and Flutter or React Native for mobile apps, hosted on cloud infrastructure sized to your usage. Payments use Razorpay or Stripe with GST-ready invoices. Where AI genuinely helps, we add it: document and image understanding, smart search, summaries, chat assistants inside the product and voice agents for support.

Security basics are standard, including role-based access, encrypted secrets, rate limiting and daily backups. We choose boring, proven tools for the core and keep experiments at the edges.

04

How a project runs and what it costs

Projects start with a short discovery phase: users, core workflows, must-have versus later features, and a clickable prototype you can test before code is written. We then build in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, so you see progress and can change priorities early. A focused first version usually ships in six to twelve weeks depending on scope.

Pricing is quoted per phase after discovery, so you always know what the next milestone costs. After launch we offer monthly maintenance and feature retainers, with support six days a week from our team in Maharashtra.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?

A focused first version usually takes six to twelve weeks after discovery, depending on the number of user roles, integrations and payment flows. We agree the must-have features up front and push everything else to later releases, so you can launch, get paying users and learn before spending on extras.

Do I own the source code?

Yes. Code lives in a repository you own from day one, with documented setup and deployment. At handover you get admin access to hosting, domains and third-party accounts. We are happy to maintain the product afterwards, but you can move to another team at any time without being locked in.

Can you add AI features to my software?

Yes, where they solve a real problem: document or image understanding, smart search, summaries, chat assistants inside the product, and AI voice agents for support. We prototype the AI feature on your real data first, so you can judge accuracy and cost before it goes into production.

Do you build mobile apps too?

Yes. We build Android and iOS apps with Flutter or React Native, sharing one codebase and the same backend as your web app. That keeps cost and maintenance down while giving customers or field staff a native app experience.

How do you price custom software?

We price per phase. Discovery and prototype come first at a fixed fee; then we quote the first build phase based on the agreed scope. Each later phase is quoted before it starts, so there are no open-ended hourly bills. Maintenance and new features after launch run on a monthly retainer.
